​Terms & Conditions

1. Any registration submitted before or after the period of April 5, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM will not be considered under any circumstances.

2. The Fan Zone is limited to 120 slots, awarded to those who provide complete and correct information in the form below. Eligibility is reserved for participants who answer all questions correctly and successfully submit the form within the specified timeframe, based on the order of submission.

3. One entry per person: Limited to 1 name = 1 slot only. If duplicate entries are found, only the earliest submission with complete and correct information will be counted.

4. Area Description: The 120 Fan Zone slots are for a standing area located on the side of the event space, and do not grant access to the main interior event area.

5. Queue Order: The standing order within the Fan Zone will be determined by the order of form submission (First-Come, First-Served). Those who submit complete and correct information first will receive priority. (Positions are based strictly on your submission timestamp, not by random draw or staff discretion).

6. No Transfer of Rights: If any buying, selling, or transferring of slots is detected, that slot will be declared void immediately.

7. Identity Verification: The First Name and Last Name registered in this form must strictly match the person attending to verify, claim the slot, and enter the Fan Zone. This is non-transferable. Verification must be done using a National ID card or Passport only.

8. No Additional Queues: No extra queue numbers will be distributed for the Fan Zone, even if vacancies occur during the event.

9. Check-in Deadline: After receiving a slot, eligible participants must present themselves at the venue to confirm their entry by 4:00 PM on April 7, 2026. Failure to arrive on time will be considered a forfeit of the slot, with no replacement from a backup list. Further details regarding the claim process will be announced by the team later.

⚠️ Prohibitions

1. No seat-saving: Placing items to reserve spots is strictly prohibited in all cases.

2. No Live streaming: Live broadcasting of the event is not allowed.

3. Cameras: Cameras are permitted; however, zoom lenses must not exceed 150mm. Large equipment that may obstruct, block, or disturb others in the area is prohibited.

4. No accessories: Tripods and selfie sticks are strictly prohibited.

5. No height-enhancing tools: The use of chairs, ladders, or any height-boosting equipment is forbidden.

6. Signage: LED signs and cheering equipment must not exceed A4 size.

Remarks

• Those who do not receive a Fan Zone slot are welcome to observe the event from the surrounding areas during activity hours only. We kindly ask for your cooperation in following staff instructions and ensuring you do not block walkways for other attendees or general customers for everyone's safety and convenience.

• The queuing sequence is managed solely by the organizers. The organizers reserve the right to disclaim any responsibility for queuing arrangements made through any other means not directly conducted by the organizing team.
