These Terms apply to all purchases made:

In-store at any Antidotes physical retail location in Thailand.

Online via our official website and any other official online channels operated by Antidotes in Thailand.

2. Products and Availability

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate; however, errors may occur.
Product availability is subject to change without notice.
Colors, packaging, and presentation may vary slightly from images shown.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
We accept payment online via third-party payment gateways, including credit/debit cards and e-wallets.
We do not accept cash on delivery or direct bank transfers.
For in-store purchases, available payment methods may vary by location.

4. Shipping and Delivery (Online Purchases)

Orders are processed and shipped within the estimated timeframe stated at checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping fees, if any, will be stated during checkout.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We maintain a strict policy to ensure fairness and product quality:

5.1 Refunds

We do not offer refunds, except where a product is confirmed defective due to a manufacturing fault.
To request a refund for a defective product, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide proof of defect.

5.2 Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange for a different scent only if:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The exchange is made through the same purchase channel (in-store or online).

5.3 Exchange/Return Process

Online purchases: Please contact our customer service team before returning the product.
In-store purchases: Exchanges must be made at the original store of purchase with proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

6. Product Use and Safety

Please follow all product usage instructions.
We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or damage caused by misuse or neglect of product instructions.

7. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to their specific terms and conditions.
Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Antidotes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
